This handbook integrates the best leadership and followership theories and practices between the Global North-West (countries of Western individualistic cultures in Europe, North America, Australia and Oceana) and the Global South-East (countries of Eastern collectivistic cultures in Asia, Africa, South America, and South-East Asian and Oceana).
